I’m having a lot of anxiety before I go to bed at night. I don’t really know what to do with it. I just feel really anxious at the end of the day.
In the past, I would self-injure so I could calm down, but now I’m trying to do other things. It’s hard not to fall into old habits when anxiety at night feels like something from my past.
Stupid anxiety.
