Self-care is so vital  to everyone including yourself.  Even if  you are healthy or sick with an illness, self-care is important.   Taking care of yourself includes doing actions in the five domains:  physical health, emotional health, mental health, sexual health, and spiritual health.   So I ask each one of you tonight,  are you providing self-care in your daily life?
