Do you ever feel anxious about your anxiety? Our desire to feel immediate relief can often make our feelings of overwhelming anxiety even more paralyzing. Rather than fighting anxious thoughts and feelings, itβs helpful to accept them and cope with them as they arise. How do you handle anxious thoughts?

I am a person that truly struggle with anxiety and fear. I tend to feel that people are out to get me and that something bad is going to happen to me. I tend to deal with my anxiety by journaling(writing or art). reading books especially the Bible and other inspirational materials, I love to use my computer as a distraction and to gain support from others such as Feeling Kinda Blue or my friends. I love to watch movies and listening to music.
