Courage is found by taking teeny tiny steps forward. I finally decided to take a step forward today. I called a friend to tell her what her brother asked me to do (sex for money).( Of course, I immediately said NO to him.) The courage of telling the friend about it took some weight off my shoulders. The courage I found was not easy but I did find my voice. Standing up for myself was difficult but I did it. A tiny step forward.
