I would say You are not alone. I know you might feel that way but there are people out there do care about you. It is ok to feel sad and cry, and even need to be alone at times, but if you feel like you are slipping too far, please reach out for help; call a friend, call a hotline, call someone; Practice some self-care; set realistic goals that you can attain and be proud when you do. Even little things like “You ate breakfast today,” I say hey that is great! “You went for a walk and held the door for someone”, Awesome! “You cleaned out you closet,” way to go! They can be small things like those. Whatever works for you is great big or small. The small things add up and they can be an important as the big ones.
