My favorite place is a little rock ledge that overlooks a town close to my home. I am sure not that many people know about, which makes it feel like a special place to my friends and I who discovered it back in high school! It was the place we went to have serious conversations, to blow off some steam, to enjoy each other’s company and destress after a long shift at work, or just to simply enjoy the view of the fields or the stars. I am so lucky to have this little piece of heaven close to me. I would sometimes go to journal how I was feeling, and there, I always seemed to be at peace with everything. Everyone needs “their” place, the place where you can feel safe and holds meaning. What is your place? What is it like? 🙂

My dreams. They are an escape from this reality where there is just so much hate among people.
