Coping can get tricky – Lets share!

What is one coping strategy or mechanism that you have found most useful and productive in the face of intrusive thoughts, or just in your everyday life? Sharing how we best cope individually could spark something in others that are looking for support and feel they have tried everything. 

Personally, when all else fails, the one thing that always helps is taking a drive on my own and listening to a feel better playlist I created. This playlist consists only of songs that help me to feel deeply and remind me of the joy in my life, even during the hardest times.
