Topic Post: Does anyone have a feel good show or movie they are into lately?

Feeling Kinda Blue SupportUncategorized3 Comments

I have been looking for something new to watch at night. I need to try to take a break away from some of the dramas I most often watch. I love some of them, but they are not always as relaxing as I probably need at times.

Frankie and Grace (or Grace and Frankie… I always mix it up) is great and hilarious and mostly light comedy that I really enjoyed on Netflix. It seriously helped get me thought COVID when I found it a few years ago.

I don’t have regular cable TV but I do a few streaming services including and Disney. Disney has some good family / adult shows I like to wind down to as well. Mainly the National Geographic ones with animals I find to be really relaxing. I keep forgetting about them, but I do enjoy them when I look on there and try them out. I also like travel shows in general.

What about you all?

Take care FKB family,
Nicole

  1. I don’t have tv but I guess a youtube series kind of counts as a show? It’s called no rolls barred and they play board games together. It’s fun to watch because they have interesting board games that aren’t just the ones everyone knows about and good chemistry. Also I will probably never be able to play these board games myself since they require so many people so this is the only way I will experience them.

    It’s a funny channel.

    1. I didn’t see this until now so sorry for late reply. It’s called No rolls Barred on youtube and it’s a group of friends. They play a ton of different board games. Some more well known and some not so well known. I’ve watched them a lot more since I made that last comment in fact. I think I originally stumbled across them because one of their “house rules” videos was trending where they take a classic board game and play it in a weird way. Like Candyland but you have to guess the colour of the card before seeing it. Their main videos are their “board game club” videos where they play with their friends, usually in a group of 5 or more. I’d never have that many people to play a board game with (or even one that required 3 players for that matter) so it’s nice seeing these games. Their personalities really help the videos feel special too.
